Every day Valley Craft's Ovation engineers are driving the design of multiple custom material handling solutions to benefit the Lean initiatives of other companies. Some are brand new products for Valley Craft, and others are based on existing product platforms.
Current new additions to the Ovation repertoire include a custom 4-wheel steer trailer being used by a world-renowned air conditioning manufacturer/supplier to transport sheet metal within their production plant. This unit incorporates Valley Craft's new foot-operated, automatic rear hitch and drawbar system, which is currently one-of-a-kind in the industry.
A custom portable lift has been designed and manufactured for for a large pharmaceutical manufacturer to use for mixing compounds that result in consumer medications. The unit features an automatic weighing system with digital readouts, heavy duty continuous motor for a 24-hour mixing operation, and a PLC for controlling and signaling cycle starts, stops and rotation counts.
