To get started, insert the forklift forks through the fork pockets on the hopper and secure your unit to the forklift using the included safety chain. Then simply attach the included quick-connect couplers to the forklift auxiliary circuit. You are now ready to operate your unit ergonomically by utilizing the convenient in-cab powered forklift controls.

Finding the right unit for your needs is easy with available options in 1 or 2 cubic yards, and 2,000/4,000/6,000 lb. load capacities. Constructed of heavy duty steel, up to 7 gauge, all units are leak-proof with continuous solid welds. Be certain to maximize efficiency with quick 5 second cycle times, and (4) optional casters for added mobility (sold separately).

Other hoppers often require unsafe dumping practices ranging from manipulating latches, pull cords, manually assisting the dump, or even “ramming” the forklift to initiate the dump. Valley Craft’s Forklift Attachment for Powered Self-Dumping System is compatible with all Valley Craft Mobile Hoppers (available in 1/2 and 1 cubic yard). When used in tandem users can easily load, transport, dump, and unload multiple hoppers around their facility using just one forklift attachment. Engineered with safety and productivity in mind, this system utilizes technology that includes a hydraulic actuator paired with a forklift auxiliary circuit to provide users with complete powered control during the entire dumping and retracting process.

To get started, insert the forklift forks through the fork pockets on the attachment and secure your unit to the forklift forks using the built in T-bolts. Then simply attach the included quick-connect couplers to the forklift auxiliary circuit. You are now ready to dump and retract your unit ergonomically by utilizing the convenient in-cab powered forklift controls. Mobile Hoppers easily latch by rolling them into the attachment, and easily detach using a pull cord to disengage the latch.

Constructed of heavy duty 14 gauge steel, all units come standard with continuous solid welds. Compatible Mobile Hoppers are leak-proof and complete with (4) 6” heavy duty phenolic casters (2 rigid, 2 swivel).

Mobile Hoppers are available in 1/2 or 1 cubic yard and have a 2,000 lb. load capacity. A full width handle and (4) 6” heavy duty phenolic casters (2 rigid, 2 locking swivel) create easy push/pull maneuvering. Hoppers are constructed of heavy duty 14 gauge steel, are leak-proof, and have continuous solid welds. Fork pockets create simple transporting and tapered fronts help ensure all material is easily emptied during each dumping process.

When Mobile Hoppers are used in tandem with the Forklift Attachment for Powered Self-Dumping System (sold separately) users can easily load, transport, dump, and unload multiple hoppers around their facility using just one forklift attachment. When one hopper is filled, employees can easily roll it out of the way, replace it with an empty hopper and production can continue uninterrupted. The forklift operator can then pick up the hoppers as they make their rounds.
