Window & Door Handling Carts

Valley Craft Parts Carts were designed to improve window and door manufacturing efficiencies but have proven to have various useful applications. These bag carts allow you to pick, organize, transport, and store extrusions, sashes, or other small parts horizontally. The rigid vinyl bags assist in organizing parts while protecting them from damage. The unique 6-wheel design allows the cart to turn within itself in tight spaces and narrow aisles.

Commonly used with long edging or small parts, these Parts Carts can be used in one-sided or dual-sided environments. One end is open for convenient access to supplies, while the other has velcro flaps, allowing you to have it open for dual-sided access or closed to keep items secure. Operate in small areas or between departments with zero-turn ability utilizing the (6) large 8” premium round tread casters: (4) swivel, (2) center rigid. Carts are available in three sizes, each with two different size openings in the vinyl bags. Easily link and transport multiple carts together by utilizing the optional hitch system accessory (pin and clevis).

Valley Craft Frame Carts are designed to transport your in-process and finished materials safely and ergonomically. These carts provide product protection and operator safety, with the ability to transport windows and doors with varied lengths and widths. The roller base allows easy and protective loading/unloading. The UHMW (ultra-high molecular weight) plastic guides across the frame help prevent damage and secure product during use. The unique 6-wheel design allows the cart to turn within itself in tight spaces and narrow aisles.

These frame carts were designed to for improved safety, efficiency, and productivity while handling window and door frames. Easily transport multiple frames at once by utilizing the (6) 3.5” wide allotted slots. Each slot offers a 1.9” relief step flange allowance that ensures potential frame flanges are unimpeded and protected (when applicable). The base of each slot is lined with rollers for a safe and effortless loading process. Operate in small areas or between departments with zero-turn ability utilizing the (6) large 8” premium round tread casters: (4) swivel, (2) center rigid. The ergonomic floor lock easily operates using your foot and provides additional stability when used on uneven surfaces.

Valley Craft Packaged Goods Carts are the ideal way to organize, transport, store, and access a variety of packaged materials safely. Originally designed for packaged windows and doors, these robust, easy-to-use, customizable carts can provide versatile enhancements to a variety of applications and environments. The UHMW plastic base plate allows easy loading/unloading of packaged materials while keeping them protected from wear or damage. The upright posts along with adjustable horizontal crossbars provide customized, safe, storage for products of varying sizes.

Packaged Goods Carts are fully customizable with 15 post hole locations. 9 upright posts are included with the option to add additional posts and crossbar connectors. Optional horizontal cross bar connectors are used to create enclosures or horizontal touch-points to further support and protect your product, and are easily adjustable along the upright posts at various predrilled increments using the spring-loaded plunger clips. Convenient 4-way fork access creates simple maneuvering within your facility and on the go with the use of a forklift or pallet jack. Easily make this cart mobile by adding the optional caster pack. Utilizing the optional (6) large 8” premium round tread casters (4 swivel, 2 center rigid) allow you additional mobility without the use of a forklift or pallet jack, and creates tight zero-turn ability when operating in small areas or between departments. The optional ergonomic floor lock easily connects using predrilled holes, operates using your foot, and provides additional stability when used on uneven surfaces (for use in conjunction with caster pack).
